With over twelve years of experience practicing and three years of teaching, I have come to understand that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a transformative journey that harmonizes mind, body, and soul.
My teaching style is rooted in an appreciation for the ancient practice of yoga, combined with a modern understanding of anatomy and movement. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery and self-improvement.
Through a balanced blend of dynamic asana practice, breathwork, and meditation, I aim to create a nurturing space where students can explore their own potential, both on and off the mat. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals cultivate a sense of inner peace, strength, and resilience that extends far beyond the confines of a yoga studio.
In addition to my teaching, I am a devoted practitioner of mindfulness, and I integrate these principles into my classes, emphasizing present-moment awareness and conscious breathing.
